Fully furnished 4-bedroom home with an open layout. Beautiful kitchen with gas cooktop, granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, and breakfast bar. Huge walk-in pantry stocked with spices, cooking supplies and cooking devices. Enjoy a homemade espresso or coffee and use the milk frother for that extra bit of foam.
Our home is well equipped for relaxing or having a little fun – pool table, dart board and tons of board games, along with an outdoor fireplace, swimming pool and tv. Make a cocktail at our built-in bar and pick a spot to enjoy. The master suite has a large king-sized bed with a super comfy tuff and needle mattress, flat screen tv, and a fully upgraded spa like bathroom. The master bathroom features double sinks, upgraded walk-in shower & large walk-in closet with a separate W/C. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk (twin and full mattress) The open floor plan connects anyone who wants to play a game of pool or shoot some darts with the kitchen and family room. Truly a great home to enjoy family and friends. Open to the kitchen is the family room with a large flat screen tv, comfy couch seating, a game closet and a built-in cocktail bar!
The backyard features a large private pool, outdoor BBQ and fireplace, large covered patio, grassy play area, teak round dining table for 6, along with seating and lounge areas by the fireplace and pool.
Our home is close to nine different courses – including 27 holes at the Ocotillo Golf Club which is only 4 miles away. Spend your evenings at the Lone Butte Casino or the Wild Horse Pass Casino, both of which are 14 miles northwest. For the kids, the Snedigar Recreation Center is 3 miles to the west east, offering facilities for baseball, basketball, cricket, skateboarding, tennis, and much more. Veterans Oasis Park is 5 miles away and offers fishing & great walking paths. 5 miles to Downtown Chandler for nightlife and country music dancing. Local shopping, restaurants, movie theatres and grocery stores all less than a mile away!
